LE PRANA VINYASA qu’est-ce que c ‘est?

Le Prana Vinyasa est une approche complète enseigné par Shiva Rea. Les élèves y expérimenteront le prana, la source universelle de souffle, d’énergie vitale et d’intelligence consciente, comme guide pour la pratique du yoga.

Les élèves apprendront l’approche classique et innovante du vinyasa yoga tel qu’il est tirés des enseignements de Krishnamacharya, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bhakti, Somatics et Shiva depuis 20 ans.

Cette formation de 200 heures sur le Prana Vinyasa Flow comprend 2  modules : 

-Embodying The Flow 

-Mandalas of Asanas.

Chaque module proposera l’étude du Prana Vinyasa, l’étude des racines du yoga, l’introduction au Tantra, le séquençage des vagues, l’alignement énergétique, la connexion à nous-mêmes et la connexion de la pratique aux 5 éléments comme en Ayurveda (Terre, Eau, feu, air, espace).

Nous étudierons l’anatomie et aborderont l’Ayurveda et les soins personnels.

Ces heures peuvent également être ajoutées aux programmes de 200 heures / 300 heures / 500 heures de Samudra.

Join us for the full 200HR program for the first time offered in Boulogne Billancourt! This foundation 200hrs Prana Vinyasa Flow Training includes the foundation modules of Embodying The Flow and Mandalas of Asanas.

 Each module offers extensive training, study and embodiment of Prana Vinyasa®, covering roots of Yoga, introduction to Tantra, wave sequencing to serve all levels, energetic alignment, connecting ourselves and our practices to the 5 elements as seen in Ayurveda (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space) hands on assists, anatomy, introduction to Ayurveda and self-care.

Plus practice labs, teaching, journaling, monthly check in calls and so much more! These hours can also be added towards Samudra’s 200hrs /300hrs /500hrs programs.

PRANA VINYASA® is a full spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea. Students are empowered to experience prana, the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence, as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living.

How to open and strengthen the core structures of embodiment from head to toe, skin to subtle body ?

Integrate how to teach alignment in the flow of movement with creative and effective solar/lunar sequences.

You will begin practicing the art of teaching the first day, developing the teaching tools of using your voice, hands on assists, observation, and energetic awareness to facilitate the state of flow within a class.

Teachers will explore the unique Prana Vinyasa® methodologies of: Energetic Alignment™, Vinyasa Krama, Prana Flow Three-Part Vinyasa, and Wave Sequencing for the Mandala of Asanas.

Energetic alignment will be emphasized to begin to cultivate the balancing of the five elements and full spectrum embodiment of the organizing intelligence of our life-force through the movements of Prana.

You will explore the many dimensions of creating a soul-inspiring class; guiding the microcosm of your students to experience healing connection to the whole. This approach to teaching encourages an evolutionary journey into living yoga as we begin to heal the body of our life through the empowerment of a full spectrum practice. We will emphasize teaching from a flow-state to translate this integrative practice to our students. You will learn 10 Namaskars – 10 Solar and 10 Lunar Sequences as the starting point for teaching vinyasa in a full energetic spectrum.

OUR THEMES WILL BE: (spread over 21 days – 10 days in October and 11 days in February)

  • ART OF NAMASKAR: the art of Solar and Lunar Namaskar, from the origins to modern times.
  •  EMBODYING Earth : bujapidasana , visvamistrasana , hip openers and arm balances.
  • EMBODYING Water : Eka pada Raja Kapotasana , hip openers and fluid flow.
  • EMBODYING Water : Eka pada Raja Kapotasana , hip openers and fluid flow.
  • EMBODYING Water : Eka pada Raja Kapotasana , hip openers and fluid flow.
  • EMBODYING Space : Vashistasana & Utthita Hasta Padangustasana ,Standing Balance Asanas.

We will study together the 5 winds(vayus) of prana, and see how the energies flow in our body and how we can see this consciously to build up our poses from within, instead of trying to confine our bodies into a posture. This way leads us to the experiencing each pose and ourselves in it as a living, pulsing alive expression of the Divine.  Once we are focused on experience we start the process of embodiment. Embodying consciously all the 5 elements and our full potentials through embracing the powers that move and influence our life.

While because of the energetical approach Prana Vinyasa flow seems like a more progressive, or advanced practice.It takes us back to our organic instinctual way of being, connected to nature and all its forces.

Accreditation/ Certification

The last day of Module II  Febr 28, 2020 will be our teaching exam day. Upon completion of the 2 modules of 10 and 11 days you will receive a 200-hour certificate of attendance from Samudra School from Shiva Rea. (100 % presence is required for the Certification). With that you can register with yoga alliance international immediately.

About Kata van Doesselaar

The Journey towards Self started early for Kata van Doesselaar , an international yoga teacher, teacher trainer, studio owner, breath therapist, bodyworker, healer, artist conscious lifestyle clothing brand designer. A real Goddess in action out in the world but also a mom of two angels, and a partner and lover of her beloved soulmate. She started studying reiki, massage therapy, astrology, awareness teachings at the age of 16. Now 26 years later she is enjoying her life in connection to her soul, and is devoted to share all the teachings that she has been passed on by her teachers, and her inner guru. Kata fell in love with Vinyasa Flow Yoga 12 years ago. After a few years of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga time she discovered Shiva Rea with all her vibrant offerings and teachings and that felt like a home coming to her, who has been studying so much of the energetical, subtle nature of things that she was extremely grateful that she could incorporate all that approach in her yoga practice. Kata has been studying Prana Vinyasa Flow for about 11 years and followed her teacher Shiva Rea around the world for the last 9 years, to study and to assist her in her trainings. Since three years Kata is now one of the very few affiliate teacher trainers who are entitled to teach and pass on the wisdom teachings of Shiva Rea through 200hrs Prana Vinyasa Flow yoga trainings.

Content of the Course:

The 200hrs training covers the following themes, that will be offered through 21 days:

*pranayama

*meditation

*mantras, kirtan

*anatomy (functional, fascial and energetic)

*chakras, ayurveda, energetic alignment

*10 namaskars (sun and moon salutations and its elemental variations, Dancing Warriors)

*asanas:  standing poses, balancing poses, arm balances and core strength poses, backbends, hipopeners, twists, forwardbends, inversions

*yoga Nidra for healing, rejuvenation and awareness

*learn to sequence in a creative, authentic way

*learn to teach 10 beautifully empowering sequences 5 solar and 5 lunar.

*learn to speak your truth and express your own wisdom

*learn to use your teachers voice

*learn modifications, and adaptations for each poses

*learn to become a channel for Spirit to express itself through you; not teaching from EGO.

*learn how to open a compassionate heart towards all students and be the guide for people’s transformation, healing and inspiration.

*learn how to express yourself through the business side of this current time we live in.

Our daily rhythm will be about 8-9-10 hrs contact hours / day, and breaks in between, each day a 1hr lunch break and some shorter breaks.

There are plenty of grocery stores and little bistros and restaurants around to get your lunch.

LANGUAGE:

The training will be taught in ENGLISH. Yet Kata speaks native French, so she will be happy to explain if something is not clear.

As Kata has been teaching  200hrs Yoga teacher trainings for many years now, she is happy to share: her graduates are happy to share how their trainings were life-changing to them, and yes, this can happen, as it takes 21 days to change a habit. Well, you surely will release some old habits and create some new. Daily practice,  meditation, contemplation, having time for yourself, learning new perspectives and sharing the experience with a. wonderful community…, sacred rituals…Kata & M Yoga is excited to share all this with you!
